At Legacy Store.com, we are always
first and foremost concerned with customer satisfaction. The art for sale
here is presented and described to the best of our knowledge. We always
verify the provenance of all the Art pieces that we advertise by specific
Artists. If we can not verify provenance, we will state so on the Art item
page. |

We are willing to
offer refunds on items but we Only offer refunds on under certain
qualifying circumstances :
- We Must be contacted within 3 days after the customer receives the
item.
- The item must be shipped back no later than 7 days after the
customer receives the item.
- The item Must be in the same condition as it was shipped to the
customer.
- We ship Only UPS and we have the item packaged and shipped
by the UPS Store and insured for full purchase value + packaging,
shipping and any additional costs. Therefore, the customer Must
return the item as per our shipping requirements. (the item will
have to be repackaged by a UPS store and shipped by them ONLY, and
it must be insured for the full value including packaging, shipping,
and any additional costs.) The return shipping costs will be the
sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.
- Once the item is returned to us, we will inspect it for any
damage, and after we verify it is in the same condition as we
shipped it, we will make a refund of the original payment. If damage
has occurred, from causes other than shipping, the item cost will
not be refunded. We will ship the item back to the customer, but
they will have to pay all packaging, shipping and any
additional costs by the UPS store.
- In the event the item is damaged by UPS in shipping, the
customer will receive their refund after the UPS insurance process
is completed.
